• Establish bench mark on site to AHD
• Roof outline and heights where visible
• Floor levels & gutter heights where visible from outside of the building
• Locate & level visible services
• Road and top of kerb levels including footpaths, vehicle crossings and pram crossings
• Spot levels & contours to suitable intervals across the site

• Outline of adjacent buildings facing and abutting the subject site
• Roof ridge outline & heights where visible
• Gutter levels where visible
• Window locations & head and sill levels
• Adjacent lot & D.P. information
